perlu siap 9 personil crew jadi bisa applausan dalam kerja 2 hari dan 1 hari libur jadi stand-by dikapal 6 orang dan yg libur 3 orang .

Tugboat saya 2x829 hp. Saya membutuhkan crew untuk tug boat saya berapa orang yah?
Dan posisinya apa saja serta salarynya diangka berapa per person
Tug boat saya beroperasi sebagai assist boat di dermaga saja.
