I can understand that your aim to find officers who are really active working at oil field but by your qualification just make yourself difficult to find candidate. Just for your acknowledge that not a few officer / Master who are working at oil field holding contract 2 or 3 months on and 2 or 3 months off (back to back system). Or out of back to back system some of them are getting happen like this ( they were holding 3 months contract but after they leaved for 3 months just get call to joint again ). that is same difficult to have 2 years oil field experience in last 3 years.

Means 2 tahun pengalaman oil field dikpl AHTS dalam 3 tahun terakhir.
That is the meaning. Isn't it.? So only few seaman qualified to joint and part of seaman like I tell above are not qualified to joint. Exactly they are still active working at oil field either. Because they are impossible to have 2 years experience in oil field in last 3 years.
Except if change. ( has served in oil field for 2 years and worked on AHTS in last 3 years ). It's easier to get candidate.

You have been working onboard AHTS white sea as a Master for about 5 years even you are not working continuosly 5 years but you were stick or stay in the same type of vessel during your service but your vessel trade area only 3 years service in oilfield its mean during the last 5 years service onboard AHTS vessel you have only 3 years working experience in oilfield area the rest maybe in other area.
